The Governing Board is responsible for basic oversight, review of operations, specimen utilization and for ensuring that the organization continues to meet goals and objectives. 
 

The Governing Board shall determine the strategic orientations of the foundation’s activities and shall ensure their implementation in order to allow for the fulfillment of IBBL purposes.
