In October 2010, the Integrated Biobank of Luxembourg (IBBL) developed a new strategic plan, which was the result of consultations with all Luxembourg hospitals, public research centres (CRPs), and with many University scientists, government organizations and ministries, and patient organizations.

 

This strategic plan will guide the development of the IBBL for the next five years and places its role in the context of the coming revolution in health care resulting from implementation of new advances that are often called “personalized medicine”.
